You must use this Return Authorization form to
request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). An RA# will
allow you to send back an item for warranty repair or other services.

Easy To Follow Instructions:

Please fill out the form below fully to the
best of your ability.

One you submit the form below, you will
receive a RA# by email within 24-48hrs.

Follow the instructions on the email you
receive very carefully. This email will have your RA#,
step by step instructions on how to, & where to return your
merchandise. Do not COD your merchandise. We
will not pay any COD charges and/or fees.

Once you submit the form below, please print
the confirmation page, write your RA# on the confirmation
page and include it in the package that you are returning to
us.
What you should know before applying for a RA#:

Make sure to put the RA# on the outside of
the box when shipping your merchandise to us.

You must be sure to pack your merchandise
with proper packing material to avoid shipping damages.
We are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping
courier.

Merchandise received with no RA# will not be
accepted and the package will be refused.

You must include the following when sending
your merchandise back for warranty repair:

Copy of your original purchase receipt or
invoice.

Full detailed description of the problem.
-
All related accessories.
-
A copy of the email containing your RA#.

A signed copy of the confirmation page,
after you fill out the form below.
Without all 5 items above, warranty repair
service will not be rendered.

Be sure that your merchandise has a hardware
defect. Software errors or user errors are not covered
under warranty. This means for example that if you do
not know how to program the satellite receiver, or if you
are using the incorrect satellite parameters (TP frequency,
LNBF frequency, etc......), there is no hardware failure on
the product, thus it's not covered under warranty.

All merchandise that are tested and are not
defective (No Problem Found) will be charged a bench fee of
$25US+shipping back to
you.

Shipping costs involved with returning
merchandise to our warehouse or repair facilities are your
responsibility. We do not pay for shipping to get the
product to our warehouse.

If merchandise is in fact defective, and is
still under warranty, we pay for return shipping to you.

We are in no way responsible for any shipping
damages.

Any defective merchandise returned to us may
be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion.

with your package so that we can test for the specific issue
you are having with your unit.

You must include a valid credit card number
along with this form, as required below. No
exceptions. Your credit card will be used for any
fees, charges, or credits assessed to your return, if any.
This includes bench fees for "No Problem Found" or a credit
that may be due if you are returning and item for refund.
If your merchandise is defective, and it's covered under
warranty, there will be no charges made to your credit card.
