the LEXIUM Channel Editor tool.
Download this LEXIUM channel editor software.
Extract the folder.
Run exe file named "LEXIUM Channel Editor.exe".
Load the the file named
"DBS7000_Ch&Sat_List_122010.abs" under the "Channel
& Satellite List" folder.
This is the current TV & Radio channel list that
the receiver is pre-programmed with.
From this point, you can add, edit, or delete name of channel,
or name of a satellite, modify APID and VPID, and
set a factory default channel list.

Either unplug the receiver from the power outlet, then plug it back
in, or using the On/Off switch on the back panel of your DBS7000
receiver, turn the power off, then turn it back on.

Press "MENU"

Press "CH▲" 2 times

Press the center "OK" button

Press "CH▼" 1 time
6.
Press the center "OK" button
7.
Press "V-" and continue to press it until your picture stops
scrolling or you have successfully changed the setting from PAL to
NTSC or from NTSC to PAL
8.
Press "EXIT" and save the settings.
